I made the major mistake of signing up for a 30 day free trial of MSN in May 2000. I called and cancelled the account on the same day of set up. I was unable to gain access to MSN immediately after providing credit card information. I took on another provider and I thought the situation was resolved. Unknown to me, MSN has been billing me since 2000 and they have refused to reimburse funds..... The individual employee's tell me that there is nothing that they can do! Please, help!

Edna, I hate to say it dear but, YOU blew it bigtime. You should check your credit card statement EVERY month and make sure you are not being charged for services/goods that you did not authorize. Chalk this one up as a hard lesson learned. In the future, get a cancellation number/confirmation and put it in a safe place for future reference. Best wishes!
