M&T Bank M&T BANK SAYRE cherging excessive NSF fees Sayre, Pennsylvania

M&T Bank has been holding back debits for a later time so they can manipulate bank accounts into NSF fees. They also have floated deposits to also manipulate accounts into overdrafts. They have been keeping different records then what is posted on the online banking website. I had plenty of funds available at the time of socalled NSF and the printouts from 4 different days showing positive balances, and even on the same day as a deposit with a positive balance they tacked on several NSF fees wipeing out my account, during the Christmas holliday, and my daughter went into the hospital for suside attempts, and I could not even go to visit her on Christmas day, because they overdrafted my account. I had no food for the hollidays also because of this. They even held back an electronic deposit from paypal for 3 days before releasing my funds. All my printouts show positive balances up to the NSF fees which were the cause of the fees themselves. They refuse to reverse these fees and are still making up more NSF fees to date. I am disabled and feel they are taking advantage of low income people, because they can't fight back these bank fees. These fees are bogus and should not have been imposed upon me costing more then $109 within one day from a positive balance with no debits shown.
