MTBC Billing MTBC Billing will take your money and disappear Somerset NJ

 First we got a phone call from this medical billing company offering to do our medical billing for a low percentage and provide a free EMR . The person said if you accept our offer today and pay a 1000$ set up fee we will give you immediatly a new Ipad2( that was the newest at that time worth 500$) but you have to do it today. Following providing them with credit card we never seen any ipad. Later we learned that they have very bad riviews posted on the internet and the VP of the MTBC is an attorney and we think she might be the owner of the company. We disputed the charge but they came back and took the money.

Finally after calling them many times and after more than one year we decided to take them to small claims. Their attorney send letter to small claims court stating that we breached the contract and the money now in excess of 1000$ as they are requesting that we shall pay them 24000$ for breaching the contract,therfore they transfered the case from small claims to Civil Law division, so now we have to pay for an attorney in the the top of our loss( since they are attorneys and it does not cost them anything). So please be aware, you do not want to deal with a company unethical and with bad riviews. Dr M
