I hired Jon Cavalea's company Music To Your Ears for my wedding. I hired him for Dj and Photography. Being that Jon and I went to school together I thought I could trust him to give me the very best treatment on my WEDDING DAY! Wow I was SOOOO Wrong. First he LIED to me saying that my photographer "called out sick" (Which I later found out that Jon had fired her 2 weeks before my wedding and wanted to keep the $ for himself instead of paying another photographer to do it) He kept calling me the morning of my wedding while I was getting ready where HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE and he showed up LATE and did NOT take any of the pictures that I wanted taken prior to the wedding.
When he did show up he took TRASHY Pictures of me in my wedding gown and was so pushy I felt uncomfortable at my own wedding.
There was supposed to be pictures done of my now husband and his family prior to the ceremony and pictures of me and my family prior to the wedding. NONE of which was Taken! My ceremony wa supposed to have music played as the bridal party and I walked down the aisle (SURPRISE, SURPRISE NO MUSIC) None whatsoever!!! Also he was MIA for about 30 mins and missed most of my ceremony which means I have NO Pictures of anyone walking down the aisle!! Not even me! The pictures that I did receive were amateur work and blurry and a few of the pictures are crooked and some of them you can see the camcorder (That was not even supposed to be there) set up in the aisle on a tripod and focused on the camcorder not my husband and my First kiss!! He is such a scam artist.
DO NOT USE THIS CROOK!!!! HE WILL RUIN ANY EVENT THAT YOU HAVE!!!
Oh and the DJING was just as terrible, During dinner they both left the room and the music kept crackling and skipping. It was SO BAD!!! He then had the nerve after the wedding to come to my husband and I and ask us to sign a piece of paper saying that they fulfilled all of the stuff in our contract and that they could use the "PROMO" for their company they made us do in the bridal suite right after our ceremony. Also that they were on time.... Needless to say my husband and I REFUSED to sign it. Oh and then when I did speak to him the day after my wedding he said "Well I can't rewind back to Sunday" YEAH NO DUH! You just ruined the most important day of my life! THanks!
He did give me $500 back prior to giving me my photos. I will be taking him to court if he does not return my phone calls for the rest of my money since when I got them THEY WERE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for NOTHING and for RUINING my wedding day! You are a true piece of work and I will be telling the world NOT to USE YOU!

I hired Supersweetsisteendjs to do my wedding not just any wedding it was a Wiccan wedding I was hesitant at first! But after meting with Jon I felt at ease Jon and the staff took the time to research what a Wiccan was and how it was pro-formed I also gave information on how I wanted things to go Jon and the staff were understanding! It is not easy to do a Wiccan wedding here is an example of what goes into the celebration : The second thing one must consider is the celebration. I suggest the following things to keep in mind. In every wedding I have ever attended there is one universal constant. The length of the marriage is in inverse proportion to the cost of the ice sculpture. In other words, spend your moneyon the things that matter. Remember rule one? Make sure that the wedding celebration is one that is focused on celebration. That means fun. In that direction, let me also add another observation. Weddings that do not serve alcohol are nearly always dull and tepid. On the other hand, nothing will spoil a wedding more than even one obnoxious drunk. So I would recommend that, if you decide to serve alcohol, you have it SERVED and not available, because the guy in charge of pouring the wine can be a great safety valve in monitoring how much people are drinking, and when too much is enough.
For a Wiccan wedding, food is crucial. Wiccan celebrations are all about nature's blessings, and this is obviously no exception. Whole foods are great. Tofu. portabello mushrooms. Truffles. Lots and lots of chocolate.
To sum it all up Jon and his staff did a wonderful job and helped keep the party fun and a joyful time for us thank you Supersweetsisteendjs for all the photos and a day to remember! Julie & Tony

I'm so so sorry this happened to you. You probably don't remember me as I quit a while ago but I'm so sorry I didn't spread the word about this guy. I didn't want to make trouble but I can't believe Jon is still out ruining people's big moments. I wish I told you to run and I'm sorry I didn't. Anyway, you'll have no problem winning a lawsuit, he's not going to do anything but rob you so just file in small claims court now. You'll see a million of these around the internet and if you do research you'll see his frivolous BS lawsuits against Suffolk County. He's a hard core addict and needs help but can't see that because his parents continue to enable him. Its actually kind of sad until he starts screwing people. There were at least 1-2 chargebacks/disputes every week. Again, I am so sorry this happened to you.
