The siding was installed in August 2000, In Nov of 2000, the walls started to bow out, the President of the company (Cory Habuke) came out and agreed it was buckled up on the side of the garage, and they would return in the spring of 2001 to reinstall it if needed. He wrote on the back of the contract, "siding on garage wall bowing out if need be we will come out in the spring 2001 to be reinstalled. he signed and initaled it, and put pd in full 11/14/00" The problem still exists, Our siding on our garage is all buckled up, bowed out and loose. Due to not being properly installed, It has also faded terrible. We have a life time warranty on the siding and workmanship. Finally The owner of Mulligans Robbert (SONNY) contacted us in 2009 and has been out to look at it 4-5 times (WITH IN THE LAST 3 YEARS) and also agreed that it was definatley defective. On the last time he came out, in Oct 2011, he had someone from the siding manufacture company (Jeff) from Ohio, meet him here to take a look at it also. He also agreed the siding was defective. He took samples of the siding and we even agreed to the color it would be replaced with. He said it should be taken care of with in a few weeks. They told me all that needed to be done now, was to wait for a claim number given. The phone call or the claim number never came. This was in October 2011. We havent heard from them since. I have made at least 10 calls to the Mulligans, and left numerous messages, to find out how they were gonna handle it. I have not recieved not one phone call back. Sonny is never in, (after they find out who is calling) the secretary takes a message and nothing further happens.

Well another year has passed, received a few phone calls and more promises from Mulligans, but as of yet nothing has been done, will give it until spring and then will see what can be done through the state of Michigan's attorney general, who has been a great help in the past.

I am the owner of Mulligan and I want to apologize for the lack of communication, however, this is a manufacturer warranty issue and we have been in contact with the company to obtain said claim number also. We will continue to attempt to get this siding repaired as promised. We will further attempt to stay in contact with the customer regarding this. We strive to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. I again am sorry for the delays. Thank you Cory
