MULTI-CHOICE REALTY, LLC, MULTI CHOICE MANAGEMENT SCAM & RIPOFF CONSUMERS Clermont Florida

In June of 2012, I was interested in a rent to own property in the central Florida area. I then seen an advertisement for homes in central Florida. I immediately contacted my Realtor, Jennifer, in South Florida regarding the advertisement, however, the posted company was unwilling to work with any outside realtors. I then had to work with them alone. I spoke to a woman named Gregoria Ramirez (manager). Who then took me out to see the home. The area seemed nice, however, the home was the dirtiest on the block. But did have the space I needed. I emphatically stated the layout was good. But the home needed serious repairs; appliances, leaky roof, paint and cleaning of interior and exterior including pool/poolside etc. She explained "Oh don't worry everything will be cleaned, replaced and repaired before you move-in". I was then asked to submit CASH or MONEY order only to hold. Which was $1400, then $2100 when I move in (under the promise everything being fixed, replaced, cleaned and repaired). Then on July 30, 2012 (after paying a total of $3500). I signed the lease and picked up the key, when I went into the resident, I was disgusted. I immediately contacted the company. And it took weeks/months before someone came-out, and all they were allowed to do was an estimate. I was then told the landlord wanted to speak to me. Now the landlord is asking me if I know people who can fix, because they had a friend somewhere in Florida whom they cant find now, but could have fixed it (???), and that the management company is asking for to much to fix it (???). This then led to the management company and landlord going back and forth. And as of 12 months of lease, nothing was ever fixed. I had no stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, working A/C, nonworking garbage disposal and cracked microwave, clogged sinks and toilets and a seriously leaky roof. This company seems like a scam. They also had serious utility payment issues their that trickles over to you as well. They are ripoffs, liars and very unprofessional. They move people into dilipidated homes with promises of being emaculate when you move in, demanding everything in cash or money order. Only to be moved into a waste-dump!

And they also appear to run e-mail games, where they will e-mail and call you every now and then stating that the owner is requesting funds for some bills or something. They have a twisted real estate hustle going on. I advise all renters, potential home buyers and even home owners. To stay away from this company if you do not want to get scammed and ripped off. I really believe that the so-called owner(s) are just someone in the company and they merely try to scam you for about 12 months and due everything in their power to scam you out 12 months of rent and your deposit. For homes they know they had no bussiness moving anyone into.
