They are not an honest company. They are deceptive and they are taking money from people left and right. I recently called to confirm a vacation and found out from a neighboring office that they have closed their doors. They have closed down the web site and are not returning any phone calls.
We had to rapidly book another cruise with the cruise line at 2 times the rate we paid MVI in a package deal. No one has even had the courtesy to send a letter, call or send an e-mail. They have NOT refunded our credit card, we are putting a stop payment on it.
The stress and time I have spent on this issue is unbelievable. I own a small business and it has taken valuable time away from my work that I will have to make up.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR IT'S OWNER EVER.
