MVI Marketing, Inc. Mini Vacations ripoff Tampa Florida

I really do not understand why the above posters are attacking and basically threatening Mr. Burke's family. Although they were employees of Mini Vacations, Inc. they had nothing to do with the daily operations of the failure of the company. The company simply ran out of money. I do not understand why you were let into a building that contained company information and how you were able to STEAL company and personal information. If this personal information is released you could be criminally libal. I suggest you try and hire and attorney to get restituation and stop threatening the family.

Note to the editor: Why would you even let these people post personal information regarding Mr Burke's family...although most if not all is inaccurate!!!!

We sent a $1499 check to these people on January 29 and now find out from ABC Action News that MVI closed their doors on Feb.6 with no forwarding. I went to their trashed office in Tampa and come to find out from landlord in same building that he is owed alot of rent. Mr, Mike Burke a few of us are looking for you. You will not duck us like you did to Action News. WE will hunt you down to bring you to justice!! How can you rip off hard working good citizens?? WE want our money refunded. My fiancee was in tears over this "dream vacation." Make good on this and we will leave you alone. If anybody who also got ripped by them wants to join me please call 1-866-568-8821 Howard.

There is strength in numbers and we will prevail over this theft. I know about where he lives & more about him & family.

Burke is not newly married, he is newly divorced from his 2nd (younger wife Rebecca), they have two kids. This was one of the problems, the divorce settlement (which was available on-line)
took plenty of money from MVI. He supports his kids from the first marriage, who all worked (ha, ha)at the company. Toyota, NO, try Mercedes plus a Lexus. This company and the Burke, and Martinez familes were all about excess. Big trips, big homes, country clubs, etc....

The short of this is they would take your money for a bogus trip, never book it with the cruise line. The employees would even take commission on the sale! The cruise certificate manager Kim Brown and her employees were raking in the bucks. Then when time came for the trip they would find an excuse to postpone (while the people in New Orleans suffered with Katrina, MVI was delighted with a new excuse) just keeping your money and putting you back on the catch-us-if-you-can merry-go-round.

I realize that the company is incorporated and has some protections, but this was out and out fraud. Mike Burke, Jose Martinez, Kim Brown and Cindy Willis, the architects of this fraud should be held personally accountable. Where are you Florida Attorney General?
