MVI Mini-Vacations ripoff of $572 for cruise they cancelled didn't refund Tampa Florida

They cancelled the cruise, told me they would send the refund in October, then November, then December, and in February the phones were disconnected. Unfortunately, my two sisters also sent the same amount with the same results. I found a form for filing for fraud and am in the process of filling that out. I will put the link below.
