MVQ -PASSPORTTOFUN Adaptive Marketing, received my credit statement with a surprise, previously unknown company charge for me apparently to have some fun Internet /Norwalk, Connecticut

When I received my credit statement I had a surprise charge, $19.95, from a company I had never heard of. Apparently this company simply takes a credit number from a purchase for a different company and sends a charge to your credit card company.
When trying to "contact" them you are supposed to type in your ID number and other information, taken from your non-existent membership form. I'll try one more time tomorrow to try to contact them.
