MWI Business Max fraudulent billing, This company posing as a Business Max has been charging my account for $11.95 continuously for months. I have no idea who this company is, ripoff! Omaha Nebraska

After recently reviewing my bank statements, it has come to my attention that I have been fraudulently billed for the past several months. I called 1-888-584-2217 to find out who business max was and I followed instructions that another victim has suggested (call the number provided and ask for your member ID).

I called and reached a representative (Keisha) I asked for my member ID and she gave it to me. I then told her that I wanted to cancel. She asked me why and I told her that I had no idea what services Business Max was offering and am unaware how the business got my information to bill me.

She proceeded to say that when I ordered business cards from vistaprint, I clicked on an enrollment offer. This is untrue and absurd. I asked her, if this is so, then why didn't I recieve any literature on this "so called enrollment" that I was a member of such. She continued to say, We mailed it out, we can't be sure that it reached you, you should have called when you didn't get it.

My point is I never inquired about their services, was not expecting their services, therefore, would not know to contact them that I did not recieve such a package.
