MWI got my credit card info when i signed up for classmates.com. Apparently when you sign up they ask you to verify your email address... what you're actually doing is giving them and MWI permission to bill your credit card or bank account for these services. Classmates was very unhelpful and put the blame on me. MWI was also unhelpful and only agreed to reverse one month's worth of charges. The rest I have to dispute through my credit card company.
If you have a problem with MWI call them. Otherwise you'll never get through. The woman I talked to was Joan. She was very nasty until I demanded proof that I authorized the purchase and mentioned the FTC. You can read more about MWI at Nebraska's Better Business Bureau.
