MYEZTRIM Charged my account for something I did not authorized Internet

HELLO ALL.. MY story is simple..I never placed an order for anything, that also means never order any free trials of anything..lol just happened to login to Bank Acct to find MYEZTRIM in 2 charge amounts $3.95 and $$89.31 . Bank Rep helping me file dispute said. they charge me the end of Nov.08 provided the company info..it did not ring a bell. i called a few time, either got human being that could not help me bc, i did not open account with them, so how could i answer a major important common company question..WHATS IS UR ACCT#?...WHATS IS UR ADDRESS and phone Number?..hmm ..Company does not have my address on file...

then how on earth do they have my personal info to damn charge me? do not provide my name nor CC or bank info to any companies online(besides Paypal..lol) have to be extremely careful these days. anyhow got a temp credit while bank investigate my dispute w/o any hassles.
thank god a few days off from my kiddo bday and its the holiday season and have 2 bdays in Dec and my husband deploying overseas IN Jan. which is another level stress bc service members have costly needs the military does not cover nor refund to us. we on a tight budget .lol all knows military does not pay well but it is security and peace of mind.lol

any how has any one else research online more info about this company? i HAVE DONE HRS up late nights feeding my family sandwhichs for dinner one night (horrible mom+wife) so i can continue my online research of endless complaints but i have not been able to read all the details, havent found any one like myself that has not engage this company(buying the trial only or mislead and willing gave out CC info etc) just wonder if my problem could be worse bc someone or something has my CC info and personal info (address,full name etc). then again if you pay bills with ur CC or debit card like myself over the phone etc( crooks listening in?) . our cell calls are not secured..is it less secured than landlines?..

BTW has anyone heard or Experienced the company issuing out USPS tracking#S BUT NEVER RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS ? Also read that happening too but the #s are vaild showing delivery dates etc...very strange !..guess using it as method of proof the charges are legit to get our monies?
