Startin in August, 2007 a charge of $9.95 appeared on my Q-West bill. The company stated someone had used my phone number to order call waiting. No one at MyTeleBill or Q-West is willing to fix this error.

The company MyTeleBill has given me an adjustment credit for the past three months, but will not stop charging me for this service I did not order, or want.
