On the 17th December 2005 I went online and purchased a fuji S5600 digital camera from a company trading as MYdv.co.uk the camera was advertised at 214.99. I was given order number #13578.
On the 21st December the sum of 235. was taken from my bank account.
I have never received any goods. On the rare occasions that I have managed to make contact with customer services I have been told that my camera has been dispatched. I have not been able to make any contact with them for weeks now.
When I placed the order I was under the impression that MYdv was a British based company but apparently it is based in the U.S.A.
I would be very grateful for any help that you could offer me in this matter.
