Maaco's owner Russle is very rude and unprofessional. He repaired and painted my classic '66 Mustang two months ago and he refuses to corect rust coming back on a 1/4 panel he charged me 4.0 hrs to repair. He also refuses to correct other issues with the paint on the car. He refused even after Maaco corporate office contacted him about this situation. He denied doing any repair to the 1/4 panel and it's on my written estimate and bill. He changed that story when corporate called him to he only repaid dents on the car and no rust. Both 1/4 panels were rusted with holes when I brought it in and he denies that now.
Stay away from this place if you care about quality work and expect them to stand behind there work. They are friendly until they have your money. Russle is not an honest business person by any means

It is hillarious that the rebuttle was from the person this report was filed about.... and tried to make it look like he was supporting the owner when it was in fact himself. If you notice the person who made above comment is named Russel and goes on about how the store owner (Also Russel) was a good guy. Interesting...

Russell the owner was very kind and respectful to me. The repair job was good quality and I would recommend Maaco to a friend anytime. In fact, other folks have loved the work that Maaco has performed on their vehicles. Some people have nothing better to do in life than complain. Plus, normally these types of people want something for nothing. If you want rust taken off your car, then you have to pay for the extra cost dude, get a life and quit hating people that you cannot rip-off.
