Macco MAACO Collision Repair & Auto Painting They Pretend to give Refunds but they're Never Processed and then they Blame the Merchant or Bank to keep the Money!!! Richmond, California

So I'm passing through town and I notice a Macco on the corner and I remember that I was looking into getting some body and paint work done on my car. I go inside and a lady by the name of Rosie greets me and is itching to help me. She asks what I am looking to do for my car can what they can do for the right price. I tell her that sounds good and she then precedes to ask me if I would like to take care of it today. I say no I'm only passing through and that I just wanted to get a quote. She tells now that there is a special and that if I take advantage today I can get a special discount. I still say no and so she offers to lower it and then tells me I can redeem it anytime I just have to put a couple hundred down to get things started.
 
Now I'm thinking and she keeps talking so then I ask her "If I Changed My Mind Would Guys Give Me A Refund?" She tells me yes and I could come back for my Refund Anytime! It Sounds to good to pass up.

Man that was a Major Mistake trusting this lady which I found out is one of the owners of this particular Macco. And this was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. See you may not see
much of a problem when you give them the money but when you try to get it back, that's when you see a huge problem.

Since that day I've been in and out of that establishment almost every week trying to get my MONEY back and resolve this. I have to drive over 30 miles just to get there and speak to someone in person. Because when they her its me they tell me the same B.S. They have lied and cheated all along the way and I have not been able to get my money back like Rosie had said. 

Even my Bank said that there has never been a request for return or Refund for the money I
had given them and this was before I Files a Claim with my Bank. They told me that it was the banks fault and that they couldn't do anything on their end. But in actual they never processed the refund transaction and they keep telling me they did.

My account was getting low and I was counting on this refund and because it didn't go so smooth at all other financial transactions took place and hurt me on my end. Its been over a month with this matter and I have now moved in to the next stage of taking Further Legal Action! The things that I had to go through were not suppose to happen and I definitely blame this Establishment for their negligence and careless to do the right thing.

If you live in the Richmond, CA area near this particular Macco, I advise you not to go there! Trust me it will save you alot of headache pain, suffering and time wasting. The people that work here are very lazy, careless and they don't care to provide as solution to your problem. Why would they?
The manager by the name of Johnney is also not to be trusted! I've been on the phone with Him Several times and he had promised to fit things and every time I call and happen to speak to him he talks to me rude but acts as if though I've never called. Saying things like he has no idea what's going on or that he will check the files and give me call back! He Never does a damn thing though.

I hope this has been very informative and I know this will help those honest hard working individuals that don't deserve to have bad things happen to them.
