Macey, Aleman & Sears LLC agreed to a loan mod in October 2012, collected $4300 and never filed a case, called several times, nothing, i asked for a refund and was promised it will be coming, till now nothing. i went to court CHICAGO, Illinois

I sent an email requesting for a refund, they said check in the mail, i called and called, no one answers, i sent another email calling them a scamer, someone called to look into my file. i went file a small claim but the court said i needed their California address. so i went to the web today to look for their California address, that is how I saw they are scam, three times I have borrowed money for loan mod, all three times were scam.
