Macys Southland Joy Sirvent Disorganized manipulating Miami, Florida

This Macy's is horrible to work for, they are very disorganized starting from Management.   Joy Sirvent (Ms. HR) that has no class, compassion or give a crap about any employee and is very disrespectfull.  She is hated by, instead of the contrary (being liked and being approachable).  She has zero personality skills.  Shutters her eyes and can never look you straight in the eye.   I asked her for her Managers phone number and she refused to provide it to me (Jennifer Schwarz). 

Now as far as the Store manager, she is burnt out, been there way too long & belongs in Hialeah where she comes from.   I cannot believe the choice of management Macy's hires!!!   Are they paying the management minimum wage too?  The floor managers are a mess everyone pointing fingers and nobody wants to take the responsibility for their actions.  A floor Manager that is so "Policy perfect" is sleeping with an employee .... Well um hello?? Isn't that a big no no!!! They practice : do as I say not what I do". 

Also,  when district management or corporate management is coming to do a store walk through, everyone is on their toes, the bells are turned off, everything is cleaned, scrubbed, dusted, rat feces cleaned up and all the forbidden is hidden for the big show day.  This is the ONLY time things are in order & everyone is polished.  Macy's district managment team,  are you really that dumb to not see this???  This will be, in time another store to fold.   ************Remember Macys Southland that the customer is always right and it's all the little people that make a big difference.*************
