Madison County Firearms MadCo Firearms Sold firearm online and did not mention it was non-working Huntsville, Alabama

Sold a used Yugo SKS with a 30 rd mag described in "great looking shape". However, they did NOT mention the fact the 30 rd mag had severely bent lips (ammo can't even feed from it) rendering it completely USELESS. No other SKS mags fit in the gun hence why the included mag had bent lips. It was a show piece only and has no value as a shooter whatsoever. Anyone with any bit of knowledge would have seen that the mag was a paperweight but seemingly this so-called firearms shop couldn't spot it. They mentioned NOWHERE that the gun was not able to feed ammo (and thus be able to fire). Not to mention the included scope was loose and did not fit properly leaving a sight that was crooked. Once I removed the useless scope, I also discovered the front sights were canted and smashed.

Once I emailed them asking for a refund, they shot back that it was sold AS IS and gave no offer to even try to fix the problem. [continued below]....

..... The photos included online hid the fact that the magazine was completely trashed and made no mention of the canted sights. This is a firearms dealer who should look for these sort of things and spot them easily.

Do not buy any firearm from this company especially online. You can't trust you are gonna get what you paid for (in this case $450+ after FFL transfer fees etc). And they will make no effort to help you once they have your money!
