Madison Place HOA, Steve McInnis, River City Environmental, SM Realty, SANDS Inv. Failer to pay for repairs made in his rental units! Portland Oregon

Steve McInnis is the owner of some rental units located in the Madison Place HOA community. There where repairs made in his units 5 times between July 2006 and December 2006 which he has chosen not to pay for. I have mailed, emailed, faxed and personally handed copies of the outstanding invoices to Steve McInnis and his accountant Charlie Goldsmith on numerous occations. When I am able to reach Steve McInnis by telephone (by using a phone that he doesn't know is me calling) he acts like he doesn't have a clue what I am talking about. He says that he will get the invoices from Charlie and call me back which he never does.

Steve McInnis runs his rental business under the names SM Realty and SANDS Investments, but opperates them both out of his River City Enviromental business location.
