Magazine Burst ,Publication Max Peel Inc, Magazine Burst Fraudulent Charges to Credit Card AFTER cancelled services, Illinois

As like MANY of you, I had signed up for the 5 magazines for $27 deal, only to turn around within 3 days to Cancel.  Upon Cancellation, I received my refund, however, low and behold a WHOLE year later, a charge for $89 appears on my credit card for this "service" that the fraud department of my credit card company said is listed as a membership or subscription service.  Attempted to contact the 800 customer number, but, because it is a weekend, no one is available, so I left my name on their 'voicemail system'.  I additionally did some MORE homework, visiting the BBB site about this company and found 2 different fax numbers as well as other mailing information and fired off a fax DEMANDING a refund of the $89 "subscription" fee and removal of my name from their list.  Still waiting.
