Magazine Service Centre I ordered two Christmas presents for elderly relatives/friends in mid-Dec. Mid- May now and still nothing. I have sent two emails, have received one auto-reply. complained to Pay Pal, no satisfaction. Internet

Pay Pal dispute was opened May 18/12 however it is past their 45 day limit for disputes. (Don't think they should take payments from this type of business).
