Magellan GPS is a complete Rip-Off and fraudulent advertising. It is impossible to download the Lifetime Map Updates advertised and the maps included in the unit are really old and not reliable at all.

There is no Tech Support and the person answering the "tech support" 800 number is in the Philippines or India.

There was no resolution, just lost money. I can't believe this company has not been sued!
