Magic Jack Scam on renewals of subscriptions Internet

Magic Jack is charging $1 for utilities and not completing the renewal process of $30 that was said would be charged to my credit card. Not only was the service not done, I did not get an email or any notification that other scammed clients have gotten but I was also charged a $1 for nothing. This is scamming hundreds of people like myself who innocently try to renew a subscription without knowing this is a total fraud. A $1 is not much, but it is MY $1 and everyone else's as well whom they take. All those dollars eventually add up. So now not only I didnt get the service renewed but I'm also out of a $1 just for trying.  Bottom line, they did not deliver the service. If my service was installed then I wouldn't of minded their $1 "utility" fee as stated.. But no service and out of a buck is... simply stealing. They are advertising a service that they already know they don't want to give and with intention of taking a dollar from you. Someone needs to put a stop to this.
