The mesh door covering as advertised on television is a substandard product that does not work and is overpriced. Beyond that basic complaint, I was frustrated by the ordering process and infuriated by the response to my request for the return of my money. The website that I accessed through Amazon made it virtually impossible to order only one door covering without adding a second "free" one. I quickly tired of the attempts to sell me other products and left the website assuming that I had not completed the order since there was no opportunity to confirm or reject it as is usual in an online order. When the door coverings arrived, I decided to take a look at the product but determined quickly that it was of poor quality and would in no way perform as advertised. I called the "customer service" number and was quickly told that I could just keep the product and would receive a $10 refund even though the charge to my credit card was over $35. When I asked for an address to file a complaint, the representative was extremely rude and told me he frankly didn't care where I complained. After reading the long list of bad experiences with this company, it has become clear that they make their money from shipping and handling and have no interest in supplying a usable product. Even though the amount of this rip-off is relatively small, I intend to pursue it as a matter of principle.
