Magical Plan-It Alex Polazzo Delivered a broken photo booth, Internet

I purchased a photo booth rental for my son's bar mitzvah party through living social.  The machine worked for about ten minutes of a four hour party.  They had an attendant there who tried to blame the defective machine on the kids.  This was a very well behaved group.  Even the party planner for the venue couldn't believe how great the kids were. My son was very disappointed, he was so looking forward to the photo booth at his big party.

When I contacted Magical Plan it the day after the party requesting a refund I assumed it would be a very easy and obvious solution.  Thought it would correct the situation at least we wouldn't pay for a service we never received.  They refused and blamed the kids.  I have since requested a full refund from my American Express Platinum card which was promptly taken care of.  But Alex Polazzo, the owner of Magical Plan-it was so rude and unprofessional... he even threatened to sue us for damages to machine! Unbelievable.  Anyone considering any services with this company should think again.  You don't want this sham of a company to ruin your big day!!
