Magicjack June 2012 Magicjack suspended my phone number until I paid a $3.00 fee for the Custom number I have had since 2008 Palm Beack Internet, Florida

I paid the $3.00 knowing my service with magicjack would expire in August.  Today they debited my account for $31.37.  Not to renew the service but because I owed for service in 2010.  They also expired the phone number because I never paid for the phone number. The $3.00 I paid was service for 2010.
Per the live chat my service does not expire until Jan 2013 and I have had Free Service all along.  This company is so incredibily dishonest.  My phone number was supposed to be from a bank of numbers, now they claim it is a custom number and the entire problem began because I chose NOT to upgrade to Magicjack plus.
My recommendation is use Skype, Aim or google for phone calls.  MagicJack is magic allright magic theft.
