Magicjack canceled my account, I paid 5 years in advance and had 4 left they did not give me my money back! Internet

I had two magicjacks one had a years contract and it was deactivated two months or so before I had to
renew it for another year. I had a second magicjack and I had five years on it! When the one was
deactivated I question them why this happened and I was told that it was for excessive use. (I have only three friends that I talked to regularly and used it to check my banking and things like that. The next day I had another conversation with a supervisor similar to this one, but did not say who I was! I wanted an answer about the 20 times more than the average user usage so I could get my phone number back and or money. They looked up my ip address while I was questioning them and deactivated my other mj with the same reason the next day, excessive use, that must be their way of stealing peoples money. So within two days I had been robbed without a gun and had no recourse. This company is dishonest! I am out, not only the money for the years I paid in advance but for the mj units themselves!  This company is unscrupulous. They advertise unlimited calls but that is a lie I hardly used my second mj number and they deactivated it. If anybody can help me get my money back I would appreciate it.
