It all started about 9 months ago! this guy Mathias Pruestel, claims he could provide a CP (credit partner) to do investment transaction. They have a layed out plan, but I came up with my own. I sent it over for him to read, he made changes to it and sent it back. I made changes on top of his changes and returned it. In all, we worked out a proper format. It took about 3 weeks! Finally, a chance came along to put the new program to work. Here's how it works I'm suppose to send in 500.00 to start the process, he will make the request for a CP. which in turn, will buy the property. The CP will receive 10-11 percent of the Value of the home as his fee for buying the home. Sounds like the perfect deal ,but this fool gets the money, and then calls me and say's " Hey we need to talk about the process again we need to put this thing together" after week of going back and fourth.  I called him, and he say's the deal doesn't sound right to the CP. We need to rework this. I say ok let re work it, but send me my clients money back and lets try to work it out to fit your CP's need. O I didn't mention, We don't give refunds!!!. So not only do you lie! you also cheat people out of there hard earned money as well. I took it upon my self to pay the client there money back. And I started to let this go! but I came across your website! Thought I would let others know just how desperate! and Hard up for money these guy's are! What type of person takes money from working people trying to gain the American Dream, Mathias claims! that they've put in hours of work, when I came up with the concept myself, As of now he still can't show me any work he's put into this, Well! I hope this gets out to thoes guy's, that pull this CRACK HEAD move!
