I placed an order of 1500 magnet calendar (tear of calendar) sometimes end of November.
1- they failed to explain and mention there is a border fee to pay ($118!!)
2- They sent the package partially, I had to go pick them up to find out its not complete. I had to make the extra trip to pay the fees (UPS wouldn't Deliver without the payment COD) to find out they forgot / mistakenly send incomplete package.
I had to call them and explain the situation, they failed to offer any reimbursements and said they have till Friday Dec 19 to deliver. obviously I didn't receive anything on Friday , called them on Monday talking to their rep on the phone to find out their customer service is Way worst than what I thought; when was complaining she tried to interrupt me by saying "now be quiet and let me explain"
Overall I really hope you think twice before placing an order with magnet street.
