Why does the ebook download fail? Maybe because they don't have a download page ?
Calling the customer support will only tell you that you are not calling the corporate office in Florida.
The customer support did not say, you can file your complaint with them, unless you tell them you have no computer. My credit card was charged even though I notified them I never downloaded any ebook from them.
The concept of charging the one dollar, never happened. They charged the full amount $38.
I have read where the ebook promotes you into yet another mlm company. This would not surprise me in the least. This Magnetic company has been selling this ebook program for many years. I have found nothing that shows customers being happy. The Magnetic company seems very scum. Why do they hide ? Answer they have a ton of complaints..... and they know people will not be happy.
