I already wrote a complaint about this company a year ago. I reported them to the BBB and got a response back today....the report was filed 8/07...anyway, I wanted to suggest something that worked for me. After I figured out that there was no way I was going to get the magazines from Mags4Cheap I went directly the the publishers, and after explaining the situation and sending them my credit card statement showing I had paid Mags4Cheap for the subscription, and all info i could possibly come up with proving i had ordered the magazine, both companies gave me the subscription. I dont know if they went after mags3cheap for the money, or what, but the one publisher told me that they've had this happen many times with these mag subscription companies...maybe she meant mags4cheap because i have never heard of one company screwing over so many people the exact same way. I dont suppose all publishers will be so accommodating, but hey, what have you got to lose, you've already had your money stolen.
