There was no response from the company providing us with shipping information and we left voicemails and emails beginning on 11/2 telling them to cancel our order and refund our credit card payment.
Again, never any response until finally an email at 7PM on 11/6 with no explanation of anything, just a tracking number. And we certainly can't even guarantee it has been shipped yet.
We are proceeding with making a claim to our credit card company to stop payment on this order. This company is absolutely the most unresponsive organization we have ever dealt with once they get your money. Before you buy something, it is nothing but daily emails and twice a day phone calls trying to hard sell their equipment.
Once they get your money, forget it. They don't exist.
