Set up a sale with Lisa at mailquip because they were 'desperate to get our business back, and wanted to rebuild confidence'. Total sale was for $30,000, Lisa gave terms of 50% down 50% when install of NEW machine, Refurbed machine and a couple repairs were done. After 2 months of harassing them, and 3 times of having them no-show on scheduled appointments, they show up with JUST the refurbed tabber which was calculated at around $11,000.
A month later, no word on the new tabber, they want trade ins and more money eventhough they haven't held up there end of the deal. It's decided over a heated conference call that we're all better off going our own ways and having no more dealings, we will deliver their refurb, they will hand us a cashier's check for $15000.
Talk to Lisa on a Wednesday. NO PROBLEM, come up Monday, everything will be fine. 7 Hour Drive, No Lisa, No Fred, No Check. They have no money and won't have any until Thursday. At this point we're at their shop scrounging for equipment we can use that accounts for $4000 because we're not leaving there and trusting them to send the balance of the money back.
