I too have been a victim of these unscrupulous people.  I was a major sponsor of the Makeup Artists Who's Who book.  I was very enthusiastic and a big supporter at first. When the "huge gala" event was canceled 4 days before, I was devastated.  The amount of time and money spent on dresses, photographers, models, tickets, website etc. was huge. The money from the tickets was promised to be refunded. That was Oct. 24th, 2009. To date, that money has not been refunded to anyone.  They also are holding some of my equipment that has been repeatedly promised to be sent back.

I was able to retrieve the bulk of my sponsor money back through my credit card company.  I am still owed about $2,500.  It has been continually promised to be put "in the mail" with the ticket refund but to date I have not received it.  This does not cover all the money I put into the photographer etc.

On the advice of my local FBI office, I have filed with the FBI's internet fraud website, www.ic3.gov. Also on their advice I have been in contact with the Nevada Attorneys General Office, Carson City, Consumer Protection Office.  They have a current file going on Bentley Global LLC.

I encourage everyone who has had their money stolen by the Randalls to file a complaint and also contact the Nevada Consumer Protection office @775-684-1100 and file a complaint with them too.  It is the only way to stop these people from hurting more and more people in the future.

I am positive that if I had not been able to pull the bulk of my money back through my credit card I would never have been able to get it back. As proof of this I offer the fact that I am unable to retrieve even the balance due me as explained above.

DO NOT under any circumstances ever send money to these people.
