I asked him to perform a spell and I sent him the money like a fool. So he told me he performed the spell but I would need to send him more money urgently or something bad will happen and ruin the first spell. I ignored him and he sent me another email saying I could send him less money than requested in the first email for him to perform the additional spell work.

Overall, two years passed and the spell never came true. All this guy does is ask for more money.

Don't make phelan angry

AUTHOR: Lingo - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 23, 2010

I was a potential client, but evidently I made him angry when I used the website's message system.  Suddenly my account was deleted.  I couldn't even unsubscribe from the newsletter as my account was deleted that quickly.

The final word.

POSTED: Tuesday, March 10, 2009

Phelan,
I consider this matter over and done with. I have nothing more to say to you.

After five years I have changed my phone number and email address. Thanks for also running up my phone bill.

I have stopped calling you and have stopped sending you messages after what happened last time, now please stop trying to contact me.

Thank you.

P.S. I am NOT a coward. I know who I am. I won't let some stranger on the internet make me afraid. Like I said before, God is protecting me. You have no power over me.

THIS GUY OBVIOUSLY ONLY KNOWS ONE MAGIC TRICK...

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 02, 2009

AND THAT IS TO MAKE YOUR MONEY DISAPPEAR WHILE HE TRIES TO GET MORE AND MORE FROM YOU AND TELLS SOME RATHER OUTLANDISH LIES IN THE PROCESS.

WHAT A CHEAP AND STUPID CON...

HE SAYS HE PERFORMED A SPELL. HE SAYS...

YOU TAKE SOME GUY THAT YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN, DO NOT KNOW PERSONALLY TO EVEN KNOW IF HE HAS THE TRAINING AND THE ABILITY TO PERFORM A REAL SPELL EXCEPT FOR ONE HE GOT OFF THE INTERNET OR ONE OF THOSE LAME LITTLE BOOKS YOU CAN FIND IN ANY BOOKSTORE THESE DAYS?

YOU TAKE THE WORD OF A COMPLETE STRANGER WHO HAS ALREADY SHOWN YOU THAT ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY.

HE HAS ALREADY PROVED THAT HIS SO-CALLED "SPELLS" DON'T WORK AND THEN HE HAS HIS SHILLS WRITE GREAT THINGS ABOUT HIM OR MAYBE HE IS WRITING THOSE GREAT THINGS ABOUT HIMSELF UNDER ANOTHER NAME. THAT SEEMS TO HAPPEN A LOT WHEN DEALING WITH SCAMMERS LIKE HIM.

THE BEST LOVE SPELL A GUY CAN HAVE IS TO BE CLEAN, NEAT, CONSIDERATE, COMPLIMENTARY, CHIVALROUS AND ROMANTIC AS EVERYTHING. WORKS FOR THE GUYS IN MY FAMILY!

YOU GOT TO PAY A GUY TO GET A WOMAN TO NOTICE YOU IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD--THAT DUDE IS A PIMP...

Malewitch - Never did business with him, but decided it wasn't for me

AUTHOR: Thepenavenger - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 26, 2009

Hello everyone,
I was a potential client of Malewitch.com. After my recent experience, I decided to trust my instincts and not do any business with Phelan. (Perhaps he will come onto this site to refute my story, but I am telling you now, I mean no harm or ill will towards him, I am only here to tell a story to add to the ones that have already been reported.)

I am not here to trash anyone. I believe that I should say my peace. I am only reporting what I have observed. At first when I was looking for another spellcaster to take my case, I came across his site. I was initially impressed by his articles, so I signed up for a client profile. Although I received quick responses to my emails through his system at first, the responses were either one or two sentences, and very impersonal. He did not suggest any constructive feedback or any consultation to let me know if my case was worth taking, nor did he seem to take a personal interest in it. Plus, everytime I called his 1 (800) number and the local Atlanta number during office hours (which he has recently changed), I could never get a live person on the phone. This raised a huge red flag.

I saw this RipOffReport site before when I was doing my research, but I thought, "There's only a couple of complaints out of hundreds of good testimonials on his site. Maybe I should give him a chance." Well, a couple of complaints, I have found, is a couple too many.

Now, I am not a businessperson, but if I ran my business that way, I would be doomed to failure if I never answered my customer's phone calls. Even though he says he is one person to answer hundreds of calls and the line is always busy, at least get a multi-line telephone line, or hire a staff member to take calls for you if you are unable to. Yes, email is fast and efficient, but personally, I would like to hear a human voice on the other end of the line so I know the company is legit. Anyone would if they were ordering a product or service.

Plus, I think a lot of the services on his site are kind of high-priced. Why should I spend $124.95 for a 30-minute phone reading when I can get one in town in-person from someone else for $25, and this person actually has had (some) predictions that have come to pass. But hey, if you have ordered something from his site that actually came true for you, more power to you. It is up to you if you want to do business with him. I can only speak about my own experience.

What I have learned from this experience was to be extremely careful when giving out information on the internet. I felt funny entering my home address and phone number through the system, but I have since taken it off. I had an issue with him recently, and instead of coming to me personally about it, he had to send out a newsletter saying I "deserved" the situation I was in, and he had a "magical gift" to send me because of how "negative" I was to him.

If he had a problem with me, even though he did not say who I was by name, he should have emailed me personally or even called me to work things out instead of complaining about it publicly on his newsletter (which is ironic because now I am doing the same thing). That's what I would do if I ran a business and a customer was upset for some reason. I would try to resolve it one-on-one. It really hurt my feelings that he said that. No one "deserves" anything negative because he doesn't know my situation and what kind of a person I am. I have been through a lot these past couple of years. I am a good person, and I only made a silly mistake in judgment when I tried to contact him, that's all. But I could have made a bigger mistake if I paid hundreds of dollars to a stranger over the internet. That would have been much worse.

At first I was afraid, and even sent an email apologizing for what happened asking him to give me a second chance (which he has not responded to as of yet), but now I realize that this whole thing has made me really uncomfortable and I should trust my own instincts. Trust your gut. If something doesn't feel right, it most likely is not.

I am truly sorry if he was offended by anything I said, but I have been scammed by a so-called "spellcaster" before for thousands of dollars. I have learned that I have to take control of my own life, and not rely on other people to do anything to fix it. YOU are ultimately responsible for your own actions. You do not need to pay someone hundreds of dollars to cast a spell that may or may not come true. If you really want to cast a spell, do it yourself. You can light your own candles, say prayers, meditate, burn your own incense, read your own tarot cards, etc., and it costs little or next to nothing. Have faith and believe in YOURSELF. I know I do. NO ONE has power over you unless you allow them to.

I believe in God and I trust in Him to help me with whatever I need. I leave everything in His hands. If the guy I love comes back, then he will come back on his own. If he never does, at least I did everything I could and it wasn't meant to be. Personally, the power of positive thinking comes from within and shouldn't have a price tag attached to it. Everything has a way of working itself out eventually. And that is the most valuable lesson I have learned and it didn't cost me a cent.

This person has NO IDEA what they are talking about

AUTHOR: Gina - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, September 28, 2006

First of all, I think you have malewitch.com confused with someone else who may have "scammed" you. I am a client of malewitch.com and I have been treated with the utmost respect and he has NEVER asked me for more money. If you read through the website moron, then you will see that Mr. Phelan offers NO GUARANTEES, or perhaps the reason why your spell never came true is because you are to d**n negative in the first place. Mr. Phelan does from time to time offer specials, but you are under NO OBLIGATION to purchase anything from him or his website. Mr. Phelan is a genuiunely caring person who would never take advantage of anyone the way you have described.

I have had nothing but positive experiences and I must tell you that before coming to this site, I have been scammed by so called "all powerful witches". This is by far the most genuine form of majic you can deal with. Remember, the majic is WITHIN YOU!!!!! So, I suggest that you go back and take a long hard look at your situation before you go blaming someone else for your negative results!!!!!

Thankfully there is this site that can help spread both sides of a story let the web viewer make up his/her own mind.

AUTHOR: A - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 27, 2006

You are convinced I was never a client of yours? That alone proves that you cannot be trusted. Do you think I go around picking sites out of the blue to slam using this site? Don't be ridiculous.

I guess this is a important lesson to me and everyone else that ever considered to hire a magician for spell work. Its only for entertainment purposes only! With no guarantees, anything goes.

Thankfully there is this site that can help spread both sides of a story let the web viewer make up his/her own mind.

*If my request from the spell that the malewitch performed ever comes true, I will surely not hesitate to update this page*

Again you are wrong!

AUTHOR: Phelan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 25, 2006

I stand by my original statement and I am more convinced now that you have never been a client of mine. If you were in fact a client of mine please give me a call so that we can clear up any misunderstandings and stop hiding behind this website which is nothing more than a tool that is used to bash legitimate business people. I plainly state on my site that there are no guarantees of any kind for products and or services and I certainly have never used scare tactics as a means of gaining clientele. This is absolutely my last post, as I am going to look into what can be done about these false statements that are made on this site, I would really hope that the owners of this site do not allow people to simply post as they wish without checking the validity of their claims and obviously in this case they have not!

POSTED: Tuesday, April 25, 2006

I did not enter my true name for security purposes. I did in fact ask for your help to cast a spell ?2years ago? or around that time. It was a love spell. WHICH NEVER CAME TRUE.
After paying you for the spell you sent me another email saying that I should pay you more to do yet another spell because the girl is in danger of making a stupid decision.

Simply Not True

AUTHOR: Phelan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 24, 2006

I do not recognize this persons name; secondly anyone who has truly ever done business with me knows that I do not employ the use of scare tactics in getting my customers to do business with me. My phone number has been the same for the last four years and my website is still very much on line, I can assure you that I do not conduct my business in this manner and I invite anyone who feels that they have a legitimate complaint to contact me.

My clients and customers know that this is not a valid complaint and they also know that I go to great lengths in assisting them with their issues, I am not a miracle worker and I cannot solve your life's greatest challenges for you, I offer help, compassion and an alternative path for those who are truly seeking to better themselves and resolve their conflicts. I would really like the person who posted this comment to call me so that we can discuss his or her concerns, but I know that is not going to happen because this is the handy work of someone whose issues stretch far and wide and not of someone who has ever acquired my services or products.

Phelan
