Manay Software ripoff, billed credit card $39.00 after cds were mailed the next day Sachse Texas

I mailed the cds out the next day and still was billed $39.00.
They said they didn't receive the cds during the 15 day period. That is impossible!
The post office doesn't take that long to deliver anything. Many besides me have been scamed by this company thesame way.
