Manay Software I too got taken for a ride, Ripoff Internet

On 9/19/05 I received an envelope from Manay with more CD's. I did not open it, marked it return to sender, and took it to the post office the next day. I also cancelled my subscription with Manay.
On 9/15/05 my credit card was billed for $39.90 and they refuse to refund it. They said I accepted the terms and conditions. But by their own website, I have 10 days to return the trial CD's. Considering they billed me before I even received them, they are first class crooks! Customer service is in India and they only read a script, they are of no assistance whatsoever. Hopefully my cancellation will stop any future billings.
