I went back to the original internet order confitmation to see if I had missed something in the order. After digging through the Terms of Use, sure enough I came accross the clincher. A small section buried in the terms stating that I would be billed for two cd's if not returned withing 10 days. This information was n ot stated at the time of order and was not included with delivery information.
Yep, they got me for $39.90. Shame on me.
