I have seen the report provided to you.  The information contained in the report is accurate with the exception of another entry that was actually omitted.  This case involves a very nasty child custody investigation and some very damaging information that was obtained regarding the clients minor child. Family Law cases are usually not very pleasant.  The major reason a client will hire a child custody/family law Investigator is specifically to  obtain information that has been withheld from the court system by one or the other parents, and or people they cohabit with that places minor children in danger.  Some examples of this is a history of alcoholism (DUI'S) Alcohol related incidents ect.  which could be detrimental to the child.  After all it is very rare to find the subject of a family law investigation willingly admit to the courts that they have had 3 or 4 DUI's when one of the items contested is the saftey of the children while in the care of the SUBJECT.  Or admit to anything for that matter that might negatively affect the outcome of the custody investigation.  Typically this type of complaint comes from either the SUBJECT of the investigation or the parent involved with the SUBJECT of the investigation which is the case here.  I have worked with Mar Gutierrez Investigatroins on a number of cases and have always found Ms. Gutierrez and her staff , Professional, courteous, prompt,accurate, and thorough.  Perhaps you should responsibly contact the Firm, with concrete, solid information that you can rebutt, and ask for an explanation of the results if they will provide that for you.  Having been in Law Enforcement for 25 years and having established my firm in 2008, I would not provide you with anything and would just wait until you filed "Your federal Lawsuit" and provide the information then.  I have conducted over 100 child custody cases in the last year and a half and have rarely seen information provided that was inaccurate, save from a case file number mistake, or address, or something like that.  I suggest you call the firm and present the information that you say is false and your reasoning and let them decide if they are going to do that for you .  That would be preferable to slandering Ms. Gutierrez's firm here with absolutely nothing substantive (other than your hurt feelings) to substantiate your claims.
