I have had some major problems with this marble slab--dependent upon the low lifes that work there....years ago there were some normal civil people working here, some of them even nice...as of late mostly just very strange sociopathic people who tell blatant lies and steal from customers, lie to them, and just want to screw people over etc...these are very disturbing sick people imo....I go to this location off and on....generally with very poor service--the people working there at this time in particular are not very nice , have lied excessively about the amount of yogurt put on a cone, the price of the yogurt etc...many times ive gone to have them put very little amts of yogurt on the cone....or just be very rude....I dread going there to wonder which rude sociopath im going to have to end up dealing with this time. generally i order a simple frozen yogurt on a cone....in the past associates have even lied claiming there was no yogurt in the machine...when there was... I went one time to encounter a thief by the name of "carlos" who works there....he claims ot be the manager but is a bold faced liar, and thief. He once charged me .70 cents extra for a plain waffle cone....he did it intentionally and is ripping if not only me but me and other customers off in this way...i argued with him explaining that I have been a regular at marble slab for many years and .70 is never added extra for getting a waffle cone. he argued with meback and ended up stealing that .70 cents. after the encounter I called other marble slabs to find out that they do not charge .70 extra for a waffle cone....and that carlos was lying to me, and doing it intentionally. after that time I went to marble slab numerous times to be charged the regular 3.50 for a large waffle cone. Tonight I went into marble slab once again hoping to quickly receive a simple waffle cone with yogurt and leave. That didn't happen--what did happen was a barrage of a nightmare of having to endure and encounter some very evil and nasty people who intentionally did not serve me promptly, lied to me overcharged me witnessed me almost cry over it and just sit there almost smirking over the entire incident. I wakled into the store....with many customers in front of me...the two workers there were taking extra long....and finally when one was done...after 15 minutes u would think he would help out the one customer waiting there in the back of the line...of course not...the associate (thief) carlos decided to go in the back rather than take my order. He had no intention of taking my order and ws intentionally trying to avoid me. I had to finally tell the female worker there...he should be taking my order rather than giong in the back...she said "oh he'll be out...he just had some dishes to do"...I was thinking...sure he took everyone's order..yet the moment it was my turn he decided to grab the dishes and go to the back? excuse me? i was already annoyed over that....he didn't say "how can I help you" like he did to the other customers....he rudely basically just barely took my order....then as he was ringing me up....He charged me 4.45 for a large waffle cone...I gave him a 5.00 bill and once I saw the change said to him...you owe me a dollar...a large yogurt is 3.50 and knew instantaneously he was overcharging me once again and stealing money from me....I expressed to him that he owed me the dollar and was lying to me and stealing frmo me...a group of really rude customers decided to try to jump in on the scenario and insult me claiming that i was wasting 'their' time...as they were tryign to choose flavors...and kept yelling "anyone have a dollar"...what sickens me is how none of these horrid people care about the principle of any given situation...the bold faced lies...stealing from people...lying to them....the female employee walked towards me...as the nutcase carlos went to ask her the price of the waffle cone and they both agreed that the price "now" was an extra .70....of course i knew they both were lying and the girl walked up to me saying "well if you dont like it then u dont have to come back"....I dont have to come back? if i don't like what you psychotic b...being ripped off and lied to? i dont think anyone would like that but the main point is...yuo dont have the right to be doing this to anyone....and you as an 'employee' for what you are doing to me need to be fired...for you are stealing and lying...the guy carlos...stood there just smirking rolling his eyes....because there was nothing i could personally do about the situation...I could not get my money back and it was not even about the money but the sick associates getting away with gang bullying customers picking on them lying to them and stealing from them.....and the three teenage customers who were acting like dogs and being bullies as well....for fun...because they thought they were picking on a 'lone sheep' ....at that point i was about to start crying or in tears because of the fact that these jerks were getting away with doing this....I explained to them that this is a lawsuit situation and walked out...it is definitely not fair or right....as anyone can just add wrong surcharges to someone's tab....and steal from them in this way...once I left....just to make sure I called another marble slab and sure enough-- a large waffle cone yogurt is 3.50 not 4.45... and when my friend called these two psychopathic scumbags up to ask them about the pricing...they lied to her as well claiming that for 15 days they have been charging .70 extra for waffle cones...the lunatic 'carlos' also claimed he was the manager...it's nice to know there are 'managers' out there...who are stealing from and ripping off customers...I almots wanted to call the police on these people because of what they were doing....I also cant believe that this sociopath and blatant lying thief carlos claims he is the manager--managers do not steal from csutomers lie about prices and rip people off... why isn't marble slab doing something abotu the low life dogs and animals that work at this particular location....these are some terrible awful stupid and sick people... is it really that hard to peacefully serve a customer or any customers...not for these sociopaths...they seem to get off on not only theft from customers....but just trying to make things difficult cause them problems lie to them...lie to everyone around them....change prices around, over charge people...want to frustrate humiliate and make customers cry-- the psychos that work here are monsters....and worse....if I do not contact the RM I hope someone from MS creamery reads this and fires these criminals that work at this place....no customer or human should endure that kind of sick ridiculous and horrible treatment such as the kind shown by these jerks...

I would intentionally go in the back as well. I definately would not want to serve you. If you have such a problem with the company, why keep going back? YOu complain about 70 cents on multiple occassions, but you go back each and every time. A sensible person who is being "ripped off", "lied to" and "laughed at" usually wouldn't return to that same location. I think you have some major issues to look at. You post numerous complaints on here. This is a rip off report website where people actually get ripped off, you just have complaints about nonsense customer service, that you are the one causing. First of all, do you work, because someone who has a full time shop should not have this much time on their hands. You eat out more than anyone I know!! YOu must have a lot of free time and money on your hands. Lastly, lets look at the common denominator (which would be you). Lets see, could the problem be YOU or the entire city? hmmm..i'm thinking its you. Get off your high horse and get a job. Stop wasting people's time and giving people problems.

I know that this woman is a very unhappy person and there is probably not a single store in Orlando that she has not had a problem with. The response was more for people who may stumble on her "report" thinking it is real and not knowing her history.

Well Melissa/Alice/Toni what ever your name is now. I see you are back to going after resturants after your Cell Phone issue. First I have to say is please learn how to use your Enter key, it really makes nice paragraphs if you let it.

As to this "complaint", and I use that term lightly. it is just like every one of your other complaints. For those who are unfamilar with this persons rants it basically goes like this.

1. Go into store that she is a "regular" at.
2. Make unreasonable demands.
3. Pull out the word of the day calendar to describe the employees.
(By the way today's word is "sociopath")
4. Make specific complaints about the looks of at least one female.
5. Complain to the managment
6. When she does not get satisfaction, complain how bad they are
7. Come to Ripoffreport.com to write a nice story.
