Marc Overbee is very arogant to say the least.. Does not provide proper training.. Does not give people not farmilar a fair chance. He is not honest or upfront. Sticking a lot of the paid commision in his own pocket about 70%... I tried to work for him, thankful he did not give me fair chance to be honest. I found a better company. The company I went to work for pays double the commission than Overbee. Overbee recruits for USXpress and only pay his contractors, 400.00. The company I work for pays me 800.00 with 300.00 going in their pocket. You are not allowed to hire student, we can. He limits you to one company at a time. The company I work for opens you to recruiter for all 10 companies. The company I work for also provides you with a data base to work from, an 800 number with your own ext, faxing, voicemail. Overbee offers you nothing at all. My company provides you with templetes to post professional ads. Marc Overbee is not going to put forth an effort to assist you with advertising. His arogance over rides he ablity for strong leadship... Good luck go ahead and help him to pocket more of your commission... He is an arogant jerk and I hope he reads this personally.

I have no experience with Overbee. I have recruited for another organization and now am getting back in to the field of driver recruiting. Called and asked questions after hearing MARC OVERBEE'S pitch on recored message. He was very defensive and smug. He was hesitant about answering my questions and you can tell he's a "FLAKE." I called a second time not letting him know my name and this time he told me he was in Tennessee. The first time it was Wisconsin. He has the personality of a "knat" and is very creepy. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COWARD THAT HIDES BEHIND THE INTERNET. HE'S A SCAM ARTIST!

You just keep making it up as you go. You have shown your true colors and I believe most people realize you are a coward hiding behind the internet. Everyone knows in trucking you are not getting paid 1200 per driver because it does not exist. We also know you don't have any experience so you have not gotten one driver hired cuz you just don't have a clue what you are doing. People are not going to believe a coward hiding behind the net. They all know you are a failure and will consider the source. Cuz there is not one. Just a stupid who can't hold a job and mad at the world because you feel everyone owes you everything. Time to grow up and get into the real world. No real employer will consider you for employment cuz you're still being stupid and writing like a child. Probable need a work permit to work. You keep writing crap with no facts or proof of any type. You keep going on shows you are still unemployed and worthless. Just a perfict example of a true failure at life and to society. Can't keep a job, can't do a job and can't train for a job. Worthless. You would make a perfect poster boy for an abortion clinic. So let's see what crap you can think up now and blow off steam. If you would put as much time effort and energy into getting a job as you do wasting your time writing this dribble, you might be working by now but I know you just don't have a clue. If I were your parents I would kill myself cuz I would not want to be responsible for a coward like you. They probable already have. Try the military cuz they might be able to make a man out of you instead of a true yellow coward. What goes around comes around and I know your getting yours right now. People I hope you see what kind of person Marc Overbee all you have to do is read his posts. He contradicts himself countless times. !st he says he offers training then he says he doesnt. And he never pays 1050.00 per driver the most you can make per driver is 700.00...... Lastly DO NOT WORK FOR THIS WOMAN I REPEAT DO NOT WORK FOR THIS WOMAN (yes I said women cause all you are is a Sissy little rude and crude little girl) unless you want to help him pay his bills and get rich off your hard work. Because he will not give you waht is rightfully yours. By the way Marc Im not unemployed I work for a recruiting company that pays me nearly 1200.00 per driver. And I dont have to wait 60 or 90 days try 3 days after hire I get a direct deposeit....Marc if your rip off company is so good why dont you offer direct depesoit oh thats right your too small to do that. Maybe the fact is you dont want a paper trail, so you dont get caught in your scam.... You are still a coward. Second do you think people running a business it is free? We pay the most in the industry. Up to $1050.00 for drivers and that is a fact and in writing. You were a failure and of coarse you take no responsibility. If you would have produced a driver that we could have gotten paid for you would have been paid. But since you don't have any experience and no business doing a job you are not trained for you failed and that is my fault and society's fault. Well sir you learned a lesson get the training you need to do the job you want so you can get paid. I don't train anyone. I provide a system and if you have exp. in the recruiting field you can be successful. How ever you were looking to get rich quick and that is not what we offer. We pay our recruiters weekly and that is a fact. So check out other firms that pay you in 60 or 90 days. We don't hold funds. This is why only the top one percent of people in America make 100K or more a year. If it were easy everyone would be doing it. I love it when hourly employee with no training want to be business owners with no skills and expect everyone to do everything for them. What a joke. You want to be a business owner put in 18 hours a day for 35 years and then tell me I'm a rip off stupid. You work 45 hours a week and think you are over worked. My company is successful because I put the time, effort and energy into it every day 7 days a week 24-7. Maybe if you put some time into one thing you might learn how to do something. But I doubt it. I'm sure there is a min. wage job out there for you. Good luck with that.

There is still no doubt about it that you are still a Coward. Still unemployed and still a failure. Keeping hiding cuz no one believes a coward who has failed in life. I would suspect you have failed in everything that you do. I believe we have shown through all these emails that you hide because you have never done anything in life to be proud of. So no pride, a coward that hide behind the internet and have proven you are just plain yellow. Still dependent this week for someone else to feed you and pay your bills cuz you are unable to hold a job. Take some pride in yourself. It is OK not to be to smart. Just try to work at job you can do like dig grave sites. I'm sure even you can't screw that up. Keep writing all the emails you want cuz know matter what you say know body will listen to you. Do you really think anyone is going to listen to a coward and a liar. I don't think so. You have no ability and it's everyone's fault. I am proud of the 35 + years of being in business. and unlike yourself I will still get a paycheck this week and well you will still be looking for work but I doubt anyone will hire you. You failed in the trucking industry and of coarse it is everyone else fault. Guss the tax payers will have to support your lazy azz till you die cuz your just do dam dumb to to ever support yourself. Know one has ever come close to writing 400 drivers and only got paid for 2. This statement is so stupid it is unbelievable. It is not me who rejects the applications it is the companies. I don't make the rules the companies we recruit for make the rules. If you wrote 400 applications and only got paid for 2 Then it is on you that you are a super poor recruiter. Good luck with that. This person is still mad that he failed our training and was not hired and just is making up crap as he goes along. If you believe this crap then please by all means go work for his companies. How ever if you want to make 6 figures per year and recruit for great companies call me. You can only make this kind of money dealing with the best trucking companies in the industry. Recruiting for 10+ companies not does not do the driver any good you are unable to do a great job for any company. You must keep in mind most companies pay on 30 or 60 days. We pay weekly. Huge difference.

This so called recruiter who had no experience failed our training program and was very upset that he was not accepted. So he write a bunch of misinformation based on no facts, no proof, no documentation. The fact of the matter is we pay up to $1050.00 per driver which he failed to explain. He also failed to explain the we don't deal with data bases because we don't waist 90% of our time prospecting, we spend 90% of our time talking to drivers who want to go to work. Huge difference.

Our pay system is very straight forward and in writing. Our Advertising is all free. We have no up front cost and no on going cost. We provide a person with a recruiting back round full training and support 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Unlike most recruiting firms we only recruit for the best of the best companies which offer driver 50 to 60K per year + full benefits. We will not recruit for companies the don't pay there driver well and have ample miles for them to run every week.

Our learner-ed complainant failed to list his name, so I guess he has no pride and again has no facts on his complaint. In 35 years of being in business and this is the only complaint I have from a so called recruiter want a be then I consider this a stellar record.
