This was the heading of my ex-wifes last attack on my business. Here is a quote from a previous report.
Robert pretends to have a Blackbelt in Kenpo Karate but in fact his own instructor did not feel he deserved the certificate because of his lack of discipline and abusive of the martial arts itself.

My instructor says shes nuts and is glad we are through. He says she was drastically holding me back and she was. I have more opportunities now than ever and I am still instructing. You can see the way my ex-wife Marcelene DuBois continues to lie with no remorse.

I have information about Robert Michael Fitzgerald and his excellant record he is a LIAR. There was a single incident. The evasion was proven false and dropped, hard to evade police pushing a motorcycle. I did community service. Marcie had assaulted me in the home, I called the police, I had marks, she said she had a child and it would not be right to make them leave. I was forced to find a place to stay at 2am. It all came down to one charge and there was no accident. 6/11/1999 I was living in PA and someone in CA used my Identity. I got my license back in Florida with a minimal charge. As you can see Marcelene DuBois is a total fraud and the best way to judge a lie, if its coming from her, its a lie.
She claims I am not happy. I will not lie and say I am not happy she commited fraud to the courst and prevented me from getting what was fair and mine, nor am I happy I did time in jail based upon her lies. I am happy to be away from her and I am happy with the future. I am not the one who is palling around with a fellon who beats up and stargles the elderly. This I am told is her new Boyfriend and he has a history of fraud. Been sue 3 times and evicted once that is public record. This guy is pathetic.

Again, to be clear, NGMA never had an employee and this garbage is pathetic. I have never been accused of child abuse as my ex wife has and that has been documented. This BD person never worked for me and the certificate was from Frank Trejo and in the Kenpo community that is better than a Harvard degree. This BD person obviously know nothing at all about Martial Arts. The scans posted above are from real court documents that can not be obtained here in Florida, so thank you to the Californian who found it.
I work with the son of an Oviedo SWAT team commander and if I were anything I am being accused of he would have had me in jail long ago. Not only does he support me, he has talked to me about working with them and teaching them realistic self defense. That is not the type of reaction you get if you are a fraud.
So it seems the fairy tales continue. It has gone so far I have been forced to get an order of protection to stop the harassment and threats. My advise to anyone going through the same is don't stoop to their level. By taking the high road I have my church on my side again. Thank you to those who have helped expose this for what it is.

Truly sick my ex wife is. It runs in her family. Her brother tried to kill his wife and she destroyed evidence for hi. Her sister is psychotic and talks to dead people and thinks she's king David Her mother was a witch who claimed to sleep with demons and now she's lashing out at me because she's unhappy again due to her self destructive nature. She will never move on. Anyone who knows me knows I am not into anyone much younger than me at all, this is just her pattern of sticking with delicate matters. This sick woman had her brother call our church right after the Virginia Tech situation and tell the leaders I was going to come in and kill everyone like Virginia Tech to try and gain an edge in our divorce back then.
The facts are, the certificate is real and can be verified proving my ex wife to be a pathological liar. My ex wife was the only one accused of being a danger around children as she was banned from parent pick up at the elementary school her daughter went to because a parent accused her of stalking their 10 year old son. My ex wife was on disability and has been taken in on the Baker's Act more than once. My ex wife has a history of making false reports and has been found to be abusive by a DCFS worker. Her ex husband had a history of stalking and suicide attempts.
Here is another fact, I have never had an employe work for me in my martial arts biz so there is another lie on the part of my ex wife. The proof is out there and most was not even supplied by me. The greatest thing is Florida has strong criminal laws against these sort of attacks and I will be free from this sick disturbed woman and her insane family soon. It's sad she can not move on. She claims she has a new man in her life.
How horrible it must be for him that she is so obsessed with me.

TheCertificate is from Frank Trejo a 10th Degree Senior Grandmaster in American Kenpo Karate. He is still like family. I am endorsed by many others in the Kenpo community. I am not the fraud. I am persuing charges for libel against the original person who claimed I was not legit and that my instructro did not endorse me or provide a cerificate. I have proven these claims to be libel here and it will be looked into by law enforcement since in the state of Florida libel is a criminal act. If you have the nerve I would love to have your name to add to the complaint. What are your credentials and how do you come to the conclusion this is fraud when you have done nothing to verify. You are as pathetic as the rest of Miss DuBois' friends.

Marcie DuBois has been stalking and harassing my friend, Robert and his family. She has been spreading malicious lies in an attempt to discredit him and ruin his business. She is a vindictive, selfish, jealous, hateful, crazy, sociopath that should focus her attention on something more positive like getting herself some help!!
She has yet to produced one tangible piece of evidence to support any of her claims. However several of Robert's friends have come forward to support him. Below are links that support Robert's claims. They include several injunctions against multiple people that were ALL dismissed. A police report that proves she was the aggressor, and a mug shot from when she was arrested for DV. A lawsuit against Walmart that was dismissed and several traffic violations for hit and run, driving with a suspended DL and speeding.

Last night there was some difficulty with my post, site technicalities as well as technical difficulties on my side. The post appeared missing items and items were out of place with many typos. I am sorry. Here are some clarifications and items that did not make it through. I am a techie, but am not used to touch screens yet.
I began to say as far as my instructor and I go. This was misplaced in the report. I had it prior to my belt certificate that proves my ex wife was a liar when it came to my teaching and my credibility. I am not the con artist or the scam artist, she is. Not my opinion, it is now proven fact. My instructor and I are just as tight as ever and he is glad I have moved on and can not understand why Marcie cant. He was very upset about being involved in Marcies slander.
From what I understand Marcelene DuBois is now working with Young Minds Learning Academy with children. She did in fact assault me, went to jail and was told she could not work with the schools in the area. Now she is working with kids. This is where the mug-shots comes from. Dayna Phillips, the owner of young minds has been arrested twice in the last few months. Jerry Williamson, who has been making attempts to friend my friends on facebook and ask questions is a felon who strangled an elderly person, he is still on probation. Our good man Jerry has also been sued 3 times for fraud and evicted once.
I wanted to just clear a few things up. This was about my business. I have many new opportunities and my ex-wife has taken to a full blown Internet assault with no provocation besides I would not take her bait. She wants me to break the injunction she obtained by her lies to the court. I have not nor will I ever. I have no desire to talk to this woman ever again regardless of her delusions to the contrary. I hang around happy successful people now. I hope she and Captain Caveman are happy together. Marcie does not like smart people and this guy fits the bill. I just hope he stays away from her daughter. Its easy to move on when you realize everything you bought into was a pack of lies. I also do not miss this drama. It never ends with Marcie.
She claimed to be an RN and I found out she never had a degree, just a GED. (lied to employers about that too way back when she had a job for a few months)
She claimed to date John Travolta. I am good friends with his former Bodyguard now and he got John on the phone and John laughed and said never heard of her.
She had a half a dozen moving violations while we were together.
She lied about needing surgery on her neck in order to sue Wal Mart. That was tough on not only me, but her daughter. We believed her, she sold it hard. Rebecca would be much better off with her father.
Ill leave it at that. I have to clear up the lies about me personally next and that is going to take some time. Its a shame it seems this is the only way to put an end to this chapter of my life.
