MARCUS BORGES IS A SMOOTH TALKER. HE'S VERY BRIGHT, ARTICULATE BLACK PROFESSIONAL IN TRENTON, NEW JERSEY AND HE WORKS WITH HIS WIFE AND OTHERS TO OFFER VARIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES. HE SCAMMED MANY PEOPLE OVER THE YEARS . HE USES DIFFERENT STORIES AND MOST RECENTLY HE'S BEEN STEALING BANK ACCOUNT INFO OR BUYING IT PERHAPS, THEN PAYING PEOPLE BACK WITH MONEY THAT IS NOT HIS.
I DON'T KNOW WHY WELLS FARGO AND BANK OF AMERICA HAVE NOT CAUGHT HIM YET. HE NEVER REALLY REPAYS WHAT HE OWES BECAUSE THE CHECKS ARE RETURNED FOR NSF. HE OWED ME PAID ME AND THEN THE CHECK APPEARED TO CLEAR THE BANK, BUT ITS A SCAM. HE CONSTANTLY HIDING HE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR HE OWES PEOPLE ALL OVER AND WE ARE NOW JOINING TOGETHER TO TAKE HIS HISTORY TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY IN NEW JERSEY AND NEW YORK TO MAKE SURE HE GOES TO JAIL TO THINK ABOUT IT HE'S HAD MANY CHANCES TO MAKE GOOD ON HIS DEBTS AND BLAMES EVERYONE BUT HIMSELF.
