I would like to warn the vulnerable and new companies that if you get contacted by the marcus evans staff (MEG/MES) please don't entertain. I had been an employee. I feel so sorry for the clients I booked. They were scammed. As an ex employee we know the truth. Please use your judgement wisely. We were taught to lie, be aggressive, be an asshole, be a bitch. Most big companies know Marcus Evans already. They offer incentive for big players to come as a sponsor so they can parade those names. I hear some of their so called investors talking that they come not because they want to invest but because they get to attend the event for free. They will contractually guarantee you meetings and said that it is a mutual consent, the truth is we the staff do many of those work. Most of these investors come every summit. Don't believe to their video testimonial. Many of those guys in the interview don't come back. Some of those who keep coming as their open contract were scammed when they signed they cant back out, or else some maybe do money laundering. Also many speakers complain that they are not paid. Please don't get yourself in the trap... They invest money to attract great sales agents but the truth we did it for the sake of money.. Don't believe in their urgency story. There is no such. Even at the last minute the will take money. It all about money with marcus evans. Once you are in the event you will realized you were sucked... No great employees stay. Those who stay are assholes, they can't find a decent job.
