There have been no legal ramifications for his actions and the child support enforcement agency located in my state has not been able to do much to locate or file a petition to obtain child support because this guy has figured out how to work the system to avoid having to pay any child support (you can search his criminal history at https://www.iowacourts.state.ia.us/ESAWebApp//SelectFrame) and figure out pretty quickly how he has been supporting himself.
He has shrugged all parental obligations and has no involvement with my child, while continuing to impregnate other women to produce more off spring that he does not provide for. Marcus has never taken personal responsibility for himself, his actions, nor the children that he has fathered - watch out for this guy!!
