Sold me a bill of goods on advertising. In order to prove them wrong I agreed to try their $320 per month service with the internet video etc. We were not even informed when it was initiated and were only told 3 months later when we called to ask about it. After looking at the calls we got none represented a possible sale. When I informed rep of this he pointed out many hits on our website. I let it go for 3 more months and saw that the ad was getting us nuisance calls only. He told us we could cancel any time before April of 2011, this was October. Bills kept coming and he came by again and I told him we wanted to cancel and I would not pay for future invoices, which kept coming. Called for him in January and found he was let go or fired by the company. When we called Yellow Book we were told we could not cancel the ad. I told the district manager we needed him or a Yellow Book rep to come by to straighten things out. They refused. Now they have turned us over to a high pressure law firm out of Lousiana to threaten us to pay. The attorney informed us that the only way to cancel was with a certified letter which none of the Yellow Book people would tell us. Yellow Book for a business that only deal with other business is probably a waste of money. Professionals use the internet and if your web page has the right code words it is a waste of money.
