OUTSIDERSMUSIC is claiming MBM portfolio of clients their own when they actually never worked with them. MARY KONATE / Marietou Konate Thief, Criminal, Lazy, Dishonest. Internet*UPDATE EX-employee responds: Marietou Konate - One of the hardest working employees I've ever come across Marietou Konate / Mary Konate was an employee of MBM, a reputable company with a reputable reputation in the music industry for over 15 years, until she came along. Marietou Konate was in US with a tourist visa with no money, no experieces in music business   who was looking for a job when in an effort to help her, she was employed with the company by it's CEO. He worked on her visa and she became legal, gave her a job and brought her to her feet. In repayment to CEO, his business and his family, Marietou Konate who for shady reasons used "Mary Konate" as her name, sought to destroy the people who helped her.

She daily would report to work late and leave early. She would not follow up on projects, deals and deadlines and cost the company some clients and it's reputation and ultimately money. Clients began complaining about her performance and when she was addressed about it she made no changes. She also used the personal's credit card of CEO to pay for expenses without the authorisation of the CEO.

The final straw was when due to her suspicious activities, the CEO discovered that his database of business contacts from his days managing celebrated artists to his current clients had been copied, and Marietou KONATE /MARY KONATE was contacting some of the businesses offering her services as the competitor to the company she was still employed by. In order to cover her tracks, she further deleted all emails in the company's mailbox to hide what she had been doing. Upon advise from his attorney, CEO was advised to terminate her and give Marietou Konate a termination letter which included the 'No competition clause' and be paid to leave. Reason for the clause being, she had stolen all the business' operational strategies and contacts and was going to establish the exact duplicate of the company with the information she stole. 

She refused and has been about making attempts to sabotage the reputation of the company and the reputation of the CEO who helped her when she was in need. Marietou Konate (Mary Konate) is currently wanted by the immigration service to be deported and has changed her all her contact information so she cannot be found. This woman is a thief, a liar and a sabotageur attempting to spoil the reputation of a good company that has had no issues with the law or anyone. She is not to be trusted. Mary Konate / Marietou Konate (outsidersmusic.com) an ungrateful criminal. 

We truly know that anything she would mention or include in the story would be wrong and invalid and would only be used as a threat and a bribe against MBM, in order to collect money off of MBM. 
This case has not been solved despite of what Mary Konate stated.

I am absolutely appalled by these allegations made against Marietou Konate (AKA Mary, since her name is hard to pronounce and not for "shady" reasons). I have never met someone so dedicated to her position in a company. Marietou went above and beyond during her time working as Label Manager at MBM Records with little and sometimes no pay.

The portrait portrayed of Marietou Konate in the report could not be further from the truth. She may not have always been the first to arrive but she was always the last to leave and was ready and willing to work weekends and during holidays in order to achieve project deadlines. When issues came up on certain projects, Mary was always able to work out a solution in time in order to keep the clients satisfied. 

Marietou was also an amazing coworker, she was always willing to help out her fellow coworkers to ensure that we all worked to the best of our abilities for MBM Records. She cared so much for the company and did everything she could to see it succeed 

The idea that Marietou is wanted by the immigration department for deportation is a pathetic attempt to further ruin her reputation and is, once again, completely false. Marietou is kind, trust-worthy and hard working. These slanderous remarks made against Maritou are ridiculous, anyone would be lucky to have her work for them.
