Marion County Jail Salem,Oregon Violations of Civil/constitutional Rights ,The safety and security unhuman health conditions as well as physical abuse to inmates . Salem, Oregon

 In my opinion Marion County Jail in Salem,Oregon has a deeply flawed jail system , That is not in accordance with the Law... Inmates may have legitimate claims for constitutional violations inmates may have been abused, tormented,left to sleep compleetly naked on cement floors with unsanitary conditions and not receiving adequate medical .       Staff at the Jail may be using a "code of silence" hideing the wrong doing of co-workers and the actions used against Inmates.     It shouldn't  be easy for us to over look this , cover it up, or sweep it under the rug .We all can play a roll in protecting the Rights of ALL citizens , especially those whom are most vulnerable that cant protect themselfs.     I sure that overseers of jail staff want to believe that the staff at Marion County Jail are trained appropriately ,committed ,and come to work to help run a safe and constitutional facility. I wish this was always the case but it just is not. until someone faces the fact that this is real and Staff could be abusing the power the were intrusted with , this will not stop.          Staff members and inmates that are telling someone what is going on are not taken serious because of the history or "Track record" of the person , but by telling someone what is going on they have nothing to gain for themselfs only the hope of helping someone else down the road before it happens again do to retaliation. so please ! please! Do something, Someone . ... Camaras should be in all areas ! Truth detector tests should be taken by Inmates and Staff, it will clear a false claim and save a lot of pain and suffering .
